Born in Como on 29.4.1962, he attended the “E. Fermi” Scientific High School in Cantù (CO), where he graduated in July 1981.

After military service in the Alpine Troops, he enrolled in Law at the State University of Milan and graduated in March 1987 and on time with a final grade of 110/110.

His thesis, completed under the supervision of Prof. Fausto Pocar, was in Public International Law, with the title: “Conciliation in international law“.

He subsequently passed the Bar Examination in Milan, thereby becoming a qualified legal Counsel in December 1990.

Since the beginning of his legal practice, he has collaborated with Avv. Giovanbattista Sigurani of Milan, with whom, in 1997, he founded the Sigurani and Paleari Associated Law Firm, with offices first in Quintino Sella n. 4 and then in Corso Matteotti n. 11, always in Milan.

Qualified Lawyer to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation and other Superior Courts since September 2003.

He is currently registered with the Bar Association of Como, although he mainly practices in Milan.

Since 2001, he has been with the colleagues Carlo Sassi and Markus Wiget, of the Milan Bar, with whom he is now in Piazza Cinque Giornate n. 10, in Milan.

He has built up an extensive and reliable network of legal correspondents, all of whom he knows personally, in Italy, in the main European capitals and in the United States.

Since 2011 he has been associated with the A.I.G.L.I. (International Association of Italian-speaking Lawyers).

He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of A.I.G.L.I. (International Association of Italian-speaking Lawyers).

He is also a member of the Chamber of International Lawyers.

The Team

AVV. ELENA BRUNETTI – Of Counsel

Born in Crema, on February 26, 1977.
Graduated from the Liceo Classico “A. Racchetti” in Crema.
Graduated in Law from the University of Pavia, discussing the thesis in Bankruptcy Law: “The committee of creditors” Supervisor Prof. Avv. Fabio Marelli.

She collaborated with Avv. Luca Paleari from 2011 to 2024, first as a trainee lawyer and, subsequently, as a lawyer, obtaining the qualification to practice the legal profession at the Court of Appeal of Milan.

Currently she continues to work as a Counsel at the Law Firm of Luca Paleari.

Member of the Milan Bar Association.

 

Main areas of practice:

She has gained her professional experience mainly in the field of corporate and commercial law, both in and out of court, mainly dealing with the advice and defense of partnerships and corporations.
She also deals with contractual and non-contractual civil liability (compensation for damages from health liability, professional liability, road accidents and compensation for damages for any other case of tort), tenancy law, condominium law, inheritance law, debt collection of various kinds and assistance in real estate and securities enforcement procedures, as well as judgments of opposition to injunctions, execution and executive procedures; drafting of contracts and various legal opinions.

Finally, she has refined a predilection for family law, a sector in which she has gained particular expertise in conflict negotiation and the use of ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) tools.
Since 2018, she has been a member of ADGI – Associazione Donne Giuriste Italiane – Sezione di Milano
